Unwind habitual patterns of tension with gentle stretches and breath awareness and practice restorative postures to find quietness and relaxation.

Yoga For Back Health

Tuesdays 12:15-1:30 PM hybrid in person and online–beginners welcome

Fridays 12:00-1:15 PM online intermediate level– not recommended for beginners to yoga

Practice yoga postures, breathing techniques and movement to help support a healthy back. Lengthen the spine, release & stretch tight areas, strengthen in a progressive way and practice healthy movement patterns. We use yoga belts, blocks, and chairs as well as free wall space. This class is offered through the Marlene Meyerson JCC. Classes can be taken as a series, or drop-in. To register:

Tuesday Section (hybrid in person and online) New session starts 1/30.
Friday Section(online) intermediate. New session starts 1/26.

Group Classes In Person at Equinox

I teach a variety of classes at Equinox including Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa & Slow Flow.

Private Sessions

Much of the work that I do is through one on one sessions. It’s effective because we can focus on your unique goals. Want to add a yoga practice that keeps you mobile and agile? Looking to find some calmness in the midst of a busy life? Recovering from a back issue and wanting to become more active again? Aging and wanting to maintain ease of movement, suppleness and confidence? These are a few of the many things we can work on together. Private classes can be arranged online or in person.
